Exceptional Service from Concepcion!
My experience at the restaurant was exceptional, primarily due to the outstanding customer service provided by Concepcion. This was my second time seeing her, and her customer service is the best I've encountered in a long time. She consistently smiles and maintains a positive attitude. Having been in the customer service industry my entire life, I believe she truly deserves a raise. She is a natural people person. Terrible Service, Asked to Leave
I came in at 8: 20 pm on a Friday night with two people ahead of us in line and only one worker. I could tell she was struggling with something and kept going to the back to "go to the bathroom. " After waiting for 15 minutes, she asked my sister and I to leave and eat somewhere else, even though there were still 40 minutes before closing. This was especially frustrating as it was just us, with no long line behind us. If someone cannot handle working at SUBWAY, they shouldn't be working at all. The service was completely disrespectful and terrible. When I pushed back slightly, she insulted me. She had black hair with grown-out red roots. Absolutely ridiculous.
