Disappointing Food Quality and Rising Prices
My experience at this restaurant was disappointing. The food quality has been declining, which is concerning given the increasing prices. I was surprised that they haven't started weighing each ingredient on the sandwiches at this point. The food score was a 2 out of 5, while the atmosphere score was a 3 out of 5. Service was rated a perfect 5 out of 5, and there was no wait time.

Shocked by Sandwich Presentation
Usually, when I order a tuna sandwich with my order, I could tell immediately the difference between the Tuna sandwich and the Ultimate Italian BMT because of the weight. This time, I pulled out the lighter sandwich, thinking it was tuna, and was surprised to see it was actually the BMT order. I was shocked to see (or should I say NOT see) what I got. Where is the lettuce? And look how they laid out the banana pepper! That is one banana pepper that was ripped and just laid across. I found only one pickle! To make things short, look at the picture. The sandwich was a GINORMOUS.

Online Orders Trump In-Person Customers
My experience at the restaurant was frustrating. They prioritize online orders, meaning those who come in person have to wait. It felt like the people who drove there and came inside weren't considered important. This approach to service made me feel undervalued as a customer.

Night Staff Missing
My experience at the restaurant was disappointing because the night staff were not present. It seems the restaurant was not actually open for business if there was no one working. This raises concerns about the service availability during operating hours.
