Best Subway Experience Ever!
My experience at this Subway was exceptional. The server was incredibly welcoming and nice, even offering a heartwarming "Do me a favor and have an incredible life, " which genuinely made my day. The decorations were lovely, and the entire restaurant was remarkably clean. It's impressive how good the restaurant smelled, especially for a Subway. The organization was outstanding, with perfectly cut tomatoes showcasing the staff's attention to detail and care for the customer experience. I highly recommend this location!

Beautiful Holiday Decor & Friendly Service!

Terrible Service, Great Food
Unfortunately, the service was terrible, especially from Janely. She reluctantly told us we couldn't eat at the establishment with 50 minutes left until closing. I suggest you fix this problem because you are losing customers!

Delicious Subs and Great Experience
I recently visited a nearby Subway restaurant and was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and refreshing atmosphere. The young server was welcoming and efficient, quickly taking my order. I learned about four new "Fresh Fix" subs, which I plan to try on my next visit. Today, I enjoyed a full meatball marinara sub with pepper jack cheese and extra sauce, and a fresh tuna fish salad sub with the works. Both subs were delicious, and the combined cost was reasonable. The ordering process was hassle-free, with all embellishments easily visible. I appreciated the friendliness of the staff, the quick and thorough ordering process, and most importantly, the freshness and taste of the subs. I definitely plan to return and suggest marketing the marinara sauce as a standalone product.

Unacceptable Service with Service Animal
My experience at this Subway location was incredibly frustrating. When I walked in with my service animal, the employee, identified by a handwritten name tag, did not greet us. Instead, she immediately stated, "we only allow service animals, " which I understood and confirmed. Despite my explanation, she repeatedly insisted on the policy, which felt intrusive and unnecessary as it's illegal to question service animal status. This questioning while I was trying to order was very annoying. She then proceeded to refuse service. When I asked for her name, she pointed to her handwritten name tag. Due to my eye problems, I couldn't read it. When I asked again, she rudely replied, "you can read it" and walked away. She ignored my calls for assistance. Subway needs to do better.
