Value (4.4 out of 10)

mentioned by 16% of the guests

While the overall score for value sits at an average 4.4, some guests did find things to appreciate, noting a good price point and feeling their meal was worth every $$$. The happy hour was also a hit for some, offering a refreshing experience. However, with only 5 positive remarks out of 22 total, and a customer satisfaction of just 22.7%, these positive experiences seem to be the exception rather than the rule.

However, the picture darkens considerably when looking at the negative feedback. Many customers felt the restaurant was simply overpriced and expensive, with specific grievances about a hefty service charge and even the cost of chips and salsa. With 15 negative comments out of 22 total, it's clear that value is a major sticking point, contributing to a rather poor customer satisfaction of 22.7%.

Amazing Chilaquiles, Huge Portions!
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic, especially for their chilaquiles 🔥. I tried the verdes sauce, which I don't usually go for, but it was incredibly flavorful. The chips were perfectly crispy, and the refried beans underneath were perfection. My only minor complaint is that the portions were HUGE, so much so that I couldn't finish everything. Overall, a 10/10 experience, and I would definitely come back.

Amazing Food and Drinks, Worth a Return Visit
Our experience at this restaurant was so good that we returned the same day for dinner! We started with a late, small lunch of tacos, enjoyed happy hour margaritas, and had some delicious ceviche. Our waiter was incredibly nice and enthusiastic. For dinner, we came back and particularly enjoyed the mezcal cocktails. The menu is quite unique with lots of intrigue, and the atmosphere was very relaxed.

A Delicious Work of Art!
My experience at this restaurant was truly exceptional. Every cocktail, appetizer, entree, and dessert was a delicious work of art. The menu is unique, and the dishes are deserving of Michelin stars, with the chef meriting a James Beard award. I particularly enjoyed the Mezcal de Granada, which was creative and refreshing. The flounder was amazing, as were the corn cake and the homemade Mexican chocolate ice cream. My family was surprised and thoroughly impressed!

Great People, Disappointing Food
My experience at this restaurant was a mixed bag. The people were great and everything, but the food was not worth it. I ordered the aguachile de mango habanero, but the sauce was not good. Then, the chilaquiles were too salty and the sauce wasn't good either. While the service and atmosphere were excellent (rated 5/5), the food quality was a major letdown (rated 1/5).
