My experience was great, served by 777 on 09/05. The staff member was nice, attentive and quick, handling everything so smoothly. Although I didn't have cash for a tip, she definitely deserved one.

Disappointing Footlongs and Service
I purchased two footlongs, 'the beast' and 'the monster, ' expecting regular-sized sandwiches. However, upon opening them, I was shocked by their small size and lack of meat, especially considering I paid $12. 49 for one and over $11 for the other.
This is unusual as I've bought these sandwiches many times before without issue. Additionally, the staff at this East 55th and St Clair location struggled to communicate in English. I will not be returning to this location.
