Downtown Standby with Great Staff
This downtown standby is a favorite for us due to its atmosphere, yummy, affordable food (definitely get the taquitos!), and especially the staff. Our college alumni organization has been hosting Big Game watch parties here since before the pandemic, and the staff truly take care of us, even when we have 40 people and only two of them! It's a great spot for lunch, an inexpensive dinner, or drinks with friends.

Great Food, Service Needs Work
I visited this spot during a Browns preseason game, and honestly, the food was great—seasoned really well! I had the chicken and steak quesadilla, and it was flavorful and satisfying. However, the service left a lot to be desired. When we arrived, the place wasn’t busy, but the hostess (short hair like a buzz cut, wearing sweatpants and Crocs) was having a personal conversation and didn’t acknowledge us for 2-3 minutes. Another couple walked in and had the same experience. First impressions matter, and being greeted promptly is important, especially when the restaurant is empty. Overall: Food = Excellent, Service = Needs Improvement. I’d come back for the food, but I hope the service improves.

Flavorful BBQ Taco, Decent Overall
My experience at the restaurant was generally positive. I tried the shrimp taco, which was okay but lacked substance. However, the BBQ taco was a highlight, bursting with flavor. The rice was cooked nicely, and the refried beans were standard. The service was good, with friendly staff. Overall, it was a decent lunch experience.
