Late Night Eats with Delicious Horchata
My experience at this restaurant was great for a late-night craving, as they are open 24/7. While a bit expensive, the food was delicious. I highly recommend the horchata; it's authentic and not made from concentrate. The carne asada meat was the chewy, cheap kind, but it was well-seasoned and cooked. For those looking to save money, sharing entrees is a good idea because the meal portions are enormous. My son and I shared the carne asada fries and were both full with leftovers. Regarding the employees, they did their job adequately. They didn't seem overly trained in customer service and weren't particularly friendly, but they sure know how to cook!

Delicious Food, Impeccable Service!
My experience at Roberto's Tacos was truly exceptional. The food was the most delicious I've ever had at any Roberto's. It was genuinely fresh and a perfect 10 out of 10. The restroom was impeccably clean, and the service was top-notch. The person who served me and the one who cooked were both super friendly, and the food was absolutely delicious.

Mixed Feelings at Roberto's
As a recent transplant from California to Las Vegas, I won't compare the food here to my previous home. I do enjoy Roberto's Menudo, though I often have to ask for meat and not just juice. Last night, I visited this location, which I've been to many times, and was disappointed with the carnitas burrito. It was dry and not prepared as I requested, despite my polite requests. This has happened a few times, so from now on, I'll stick to the menudo. I'm wondering if there are any good menudo spots in Las Vegas, as my usual places in Los Angeles would definitely win for menudo and other Mexican favorites. My meat was very tough and seemed old. I could have made better at Superior Market, which is a favorite and usually has very good food, but I thought they were closed last night. Please do better, Roberto's. The customer service is okay, and the restaurant is very clean. However, the staff. I'm not sure. The three stars are for the menudo and the accompanying jalapeños, carrots, onions, and salsas, which were disappointingly watered down.

Rude Service and Burnt Food
I came to eat dinner on a Sunday around 8: 00 PM. The lady named Vanessa was rude and impatient because I couldn’t decide on what I wanted. When I got my food, the food was burnt. This included the rice, beans, and quesadilla. Additionally, the horchata didn’t taste like horchata. This girl needs to be fired; she is unprofessional.
