Hair in food, poor handling
My experience at this restaurant was marred by finding a hair with the root attached in my food. When I brought it to the staff's attention, they dismissed it as a piece of scrub pad and offered a new plate. I found this explanation unbelievable, as a scrub pad wouldn't have a hair root. Even if it were a scrub pad, it's unacceptable. The staff's reaction was dismissive, with no apology offered or a refund initiated. I requested a refund as I couldn't eat the food, which was eventually provided. The entire situation was handled poorly and unprofessionally. I hope the establishment improves its hygiene and customer service.

Hair in Food - Disappointing Experience
I like this location and come here a lot, but I will say, I ordered food yesterday and found 2 hairs in my food. A super long hair. I tried to keep going after that and then found a shorter hair, probably from different people honestly. Please make sure everyone is wearing some serious hair nets because I gagged twice eating the food and ultimately had to throw it away 😩😩.

Excellent Food, Poor Portion Size
My experience at this restaurant was a mixed bag. The food was excellent, earning a high rating. However, I encountered a significant issue with the service regarding the portion size. I was upset to find that my $9. 00 bowl was not a full bowl, and when I raised this concern, I was told, "That's all you get. " This response was frustrating, especially with only three pieces of what I assume was beef. While the service was friendly and appropriate in other aspects, this specific interaction left me feeling dissatisfied with the value for money.

Smaller portions and slow service
My experience at this restaurant was disappointing. I would suggest finding a different location. The portions here are noticeably smaller compared to other branches, and the service was incredibly slow, taking their sweet time. It seems they are trained to serve smaller portions at this particular location.

Technical issues and unequal treatment
I had a negative experience at Panda today (Del Mar) and I won't be back. Their computers froze two orders at two different registers simultaneously. My screen showed 'approved, ' but I was told the payment didn't go through. Two customers witnessed this. The first time, only a partial amount was approved, which was strange, so another customer kindly paid the difference for me. The cashier then canceled my order and asked me to tap my card again 🙄. The next customer at the adjacent register had nothing on his screen. 😳 The manager was under the counter trying to fix the registers. We were both standing there hungry, trying to be patient and definitely not wanting cold food. Ultimately, they gave the Caucasian guy his food complimentary. However, I had waited longer, and they seemed hesitant to offer me a complimentary meal (I'm African-American). They only did after I mentioned it, and I didn't like that. It was clear there was a technical issue, and I was charged. I won't be returning.
