I ordered my sandwich online and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. Upon arrival, my sandwich was still not made. It appeared there was only one employee working.
After being ignored, I had to ask about my order, and he said it would be ready in a minute. I discovered that the soda machine and toaster oven were also not working. When I asked the employee if my sandwich was toasted, he claimed it was, but it was clearly microwaved.
I contacted ownership for a refund, but they only offered a cookie. When I questioned their business practices, they told me I didn't have to eat there anymore. I highly, highly recommend that you do not go to this Subway.
They show no respect for their customers and clearly do not maintain their store operations.
