Terrible Experience, Long Wait, Order Cancelled
I wish there was a 0-star option. My experience at this location was very bad, and the staff did not seem to care. I placed an order online while at the store, but it took more than an hour, even after asking several times for the order pickup. GrubHub had shown a pickup time of 20 minutes. I was still waiting and kept getting told '5 more minutes, ' '7 minutes, ' etc. Many other people were coming and buying items in the meantime while my family was just waiting for our order. To make matters worse, they ended up cancelling our order after an hour of making us wait at the store. Shame on them.

Terrible Service, Never Got Our Food
My family and I visited when the restaurant was empty and ordered three of the same bowls. We experienced an extremely long waiting time, over an hour, and our order still did not arrive. It was frustrating to see five other tables who ordered after us receive their food promptly. When we questioned a worker, she repeatedly changed the estimated time, and it felt as though she did not care about our situation. Ultimately, we had to cancel our order and leave without eating. I cannot rate the food as we never received it. This was a very bad experience, and I would not recommend this restaurant if you value your time.

Disappointing Experience with Incorrect Order and Missing Items
My experience at this restaurant was quite disappointing. I was charged for a couple of sides that were never provided, and we weren't given a receipt to verify the charges. To make matters worse, my burrito was prepared incorrectly. The tortilla broke, and instead of remaking it properly, they simply transferred the filling into a new tortilla. Overall, the service and food handling were very disappointing.

Generous Portions, Delicious Food, Friendly Staff
I walked into Chipotle looking for a light meal and somehow ended up with a rice bowl that could feed a small village. I ordered confidently, but immediately forgot every decision I’d ever made once they started asking questions, and just nodded my way through it. The staff were fast and friendly, and watched me panic while choosing between chicken and steak. Everything tasted unreal, and the portions were generous. Yes, guac still costs extra (which was emotionally devastating). I would happily get confused and overfed here again. 10/10.

Great Food, Fast Service, Crowded Atmosphere
My experience at this restaurant was largely positive, with the food being almost perfect and the service being exceptionally fast. The employees were very helpful and friendly. However, the atmosphere was not the best due to the massive amount of people present.
