Disappointing Experience with Rude Service and Wrong Order
I visited this Papa Murphy's location yesterday and had a truly disappointing experience. The staff member was extremely rude; they did not greet me, tossed my pizzas onto the counter, and walked away without acknowledging my thanks or goodbye. This was particularly upsetting as they were polite to the previous customer, making the difference in treatment feel disrespectful.
Adding to the issues, my order was incorrect – I requested original crust but received thin crust instead. To make matters worse, I felt very sick this morning after eating it. This is by far the worst Papa Murphy’s I've ever encountered.
Given the poor service, incorrect order, and subsequent illness, I cannot recommend this location.
