Awesome Teriyaki and Huge Portions!
My experience at the restaurant was fantastic! I ordered the chicken and beef teriyaki, which was awesome 👌. It came with a salad and the amount of food given was so generous that I was only able to eat half. I ate the rest later on in the evening. The taste was extraordinary 😋.

Disappointing Experience, Dry Food
I visited on a weekday around 5: 30 PM, and the restaurant was completely empty. When I inquired about the chicken and gyoza, I received minimal response. I ordered, and it turned out there was a chicken and gyoza option and a chicken gyoza combo that included a drink for the same price. I believed I had ordered the combo, but when I went to get my drink, I was told I hadn't. As a first-time customer seeking information, this detail wasn't clarified, which felt unhelpful. The staff member seemed bothered and possibly having a bad day, giving the impression they wanted me to leave quickly. My food arrived within minutes, raising concerns about freshness. Upon tasting, the chicken was dry and tasted like it had been sitting out for hours, likely reheated from lunch. I paid $20 for a meal and expected better quality than leftover chicken from under a heater. This was the driest chicken I've ever had. Compared to a nearby teriyaki place that offers a free drink with a meal, this felt stingy, especially since the lack of explanation led to me not ordering the combo. I couldn't finish the chicken due to its dryness and the thought of it sitting out, so I left to get dinner elsewhere. The staff's behavior, including staring while I refilled my water, added to the pressure to leave. Neither staff member smiled once.

Superb Service, Delicious Food!
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! The service was superb, with staff who were friendly, customer service and satisfaction oriented. The woman taking my order was particularly kind and social, recognizing and greeting regular customers. The prices were fair, and the food was truly delicious. It was cooked to order, ensuring hot foods were hot, and was perfectly seasoned and balanced – not salty or dry. They offer great options. Finding parking on a Thursday afternoon was convenient. The interior dining area is cozy, though it doesn't have a lot of seating space, making it ideal for a quick bite. I would definitely come back.
