Worst Subway Experience Ever
After 25 years of visiting Subway, this location was by far the worst I've ever encountered. They didn't have pepper, only salt, which is an unprecedented experience for me. The employee was rude and I felt discriminated against when she served the person behind me before me, even though I hadn't paid yet. Given my sodium restrictions, I should have left the food on the counter. To add to the poor service, she didn't provide a receipt, leaving it on the printer for me to retrieve myself. If the owner wants to understand their lack of business, they should simply read the reviews.

Terrible Experience, No Avocado or Turkey
What was my experience at the restaurant? It was a very bad experience. They didn't even have avocado, and I couldn't eat my sandwich there. To make matters worse, they also didn't have turkey.

Excellent Service and Amazing Sandwich!
I wanted to thank Jimmy and Chris for their excellent service yesterday. I used to be a DM years ago and I walked into this location leaving my nail appointment. The welcome, smile, and very personable approach from Jimmy, who was very mannered and asked how my day was, made a great impression. The restaurant was clean and fully stocked. I appreciate you both; my sandwich was amazing. Thank you, and I felt it was important to recognize the good in these two employees.

Order Cancelled Before Closing Time
My experience was frustrating. I ordered through the app at 8: 10 PM and arrived at 8: 34 PM, only to find the employee closing down the store 26 minutes before the advertised closing time. My order was cancelled, and I drove there for nothing. If the closing time is 8: 30 PM, it should be advertised as such to avoid wasting people's time.

Broken Scanner, Unhelpful Staff
I used to come here often, but I will most likely not go to this location again due to their broken scanner. This means that you cannot use gift cards or redeem points. The lady working was unhelpful and claimed that she had no idea what to do. I would think that employees would get trained in alternative payment method practices.
