Ambience (2.8 out of 10)

mentioned by 32% of the guests

Alright, lets talk ambience! While one customer did have an overall great experience, highlighting a positive experience in general, this seems to be an outlier. Out of 6 customer remarks, only 1 offered a positive view, which is quite limited.

The overall sentiment for the atmosphere sits at a poor score of just 2.8. Unfortunately, the majority of feedback points to significant issues. Many found the atmosphere to be very bad, with concerns about workers dancing goofing off in the kitchen.

Practical problems like only having two tables for dining and a broken AC that made waiting hot and sweaty' also contributed to a poor experience. This is clearly reflected in a very low customer satisfaction of just 16.7%.

Value (5.5 out of 10)

mentioned by 11% of the guests

When it comes to value, there's a glimmer of hope, especially if you catch them on a good day! Customers really appreciated a fantastic BOGO deal that made their weekend, showing that great offers can pop up. This positive experience, noted in 1 observation, suggests potential for good deals, even if the overall score for value is an average 5.5.

However, the value proposition can be a bit of a mixed bag, with 1 negative experience highlighting some issues. One customer faced a frustrating situation where missing items led to an inadequate resolution, with only a 10% discount offered for a future order instead of replacing the missing food. This left them feeling short-changed, contributing to the mixed 50% customer satisfaction.

Excellent Service from Aaron!
My experience involved ordering delivery through an app, and I encountered an issue with the third-party delivery service not arriving. Fortunately, Aaron was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond. He had my food remade and even contacted DoorDash on my behalf to resolve the situation. The food was fresh when it finally arrived, and Aaron's demeanor on the phone was exceptionally friendly. Thank you, Aaron!

Crispy Fries are a Must-Try!
We were happy to have a Wingstop near our home and so far, we haven't had any issues from any locations we visited. The only issue is that online, you can tell them to make your chicken crispy, but not the fries. I had to call in for that request because I'm not a fan of soggy fries. Let's just say, crispy fries here are 🔥.

Long wait, unseasoned chicken
My experience at the restaurant involved a 18 minute wait time. During this period, I observed that 2-3 other people's orders had to be corrected. Unfortunately, my chicken sandwich wasn't seasoned well.

Disappointing Wingstop Experience
I placed an online order and was told it would be ready by 6: 07 PM. When I arrived on time, they informed me they didn't have the flavor I ordered. Okay, no big deal. After 10 minutes, I asked about the wait time for my online order, only to find out it was already ready the whole time. Smh. This was my first time there, and it will probably be my last. Always some crap with Wingstop at this point, why bother?
