Good Pad See Ew, Great Service
My experience at this restaurant was largely positive, especially regarding the food and service. I found the Pad See Ew to be really good, though I personally prefer it with more spice. My wife's dish, which she rated 0 stars, wasn't as good as my 2-star dish. I also noticed a tendency for the Pad See Ew to be sweet, as another reviewer mentioned. On a brighter note, my daughter has a distinctive taste for fresh rolls, and these were a hit! The customer service was great and consistent on our second visit. Overall, great job guys, thank you!

Delicious Lunch Special with Minor Protein Suggestion
My experience at the restaurant was quite positive! I enjoyed the lunch special, which offered very good value at $22. 00. The portions were good, and the food had excellent flavor. While the meal was delicious, I felt they could have added a little more chicken and fewer potatoes. I believe they would encourage more people to return if they increased the protein serving. Overall, a very satisfying meal with great taste and value.

Horrible Service, Wrong Order
I ordered takeout and was given the wrong menu item, which I didn't realize until I got home. I called to request a credit to my credit card. While I wouldn't have minded the substitution usually, I have an allergy to one of the ingredients in the item they provided. To make matters worse, the woman on the phone refused to take responsibility and actually hung up on me. I've ordered from here many times in the past, but I can only imagine the ownership has changed hands. The service is horrible.

Disappointing Return to a Changed Restaurant
I used to go to this place years ago and loved it. I decided to take my teenage daughter here for a night out just us two. This place must have changed management. I walked in and the remodel was not ideal; definitely different from before. I didn’t care for the update, I loved the old way 🙁. We ordered the Orange chicken and chicken Pad-Thai, both of these dishes did not set well with me or my daughter. I never had Pad-Thai that was sweet, so that threw me off, and the orange chicken did not taste like what I’m used to. We love Thai food and usually go to a great Thai restaurant in the downtown Seattle area off Denny Way but decided to try something different. Never again! I was very disappointed and will not recommend or return. Spent way too much money for it not to taste at least half as good as our usual spots 🤢👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
