My experience at Hakata Ramen was consistently good. I ordered the Hakata Tonkotsu DX for takeout. The noodles reheated well and did not get too soft. The service was friendly, and the restaurant is decorated very festively, which I liked.

Delicious Food, Phenomenal Service, Beautiful Atmosphere!
My experience at this restaurant was incredibly positive. We came for San Diego Restaurant Week and decided to give this place a shot, and it was well worth it. The food was incredibly delicious, especially the flight of appetizers, which included the karaage and wings. The ramen was very rich and flavorful, with perfect toppings. The service was phenomenal, and I want to specifically thank Jocelyn. The atmosphere was beautiful. I will definitely be coming back here and highly recommend it.
