Restaurant Not Open During Advertised Hours
My experience at this restaurant was frustrating as it was not open during their advertised hours. I arrived around 8 am two days in a row and waited for about 30 minutes each time, only to find it still closed. While the first day could be attributed to a potential issue like a sick employee or running late, the fact that it happened two days in a row is unacceptable. This wasted my time, and I would advise others not to waste theirs.

Disappointing Black Bean Burger Experience
My experience at the restaurant involved ordering the black bean burger. Unfortunately, it was not warm in the middle, had almost no cheese, and lacked the promised peppers, onion, and avocado. The server also provided a poor experience, setting the plate down without any acknowledgment or interaction.

Still Awesome After Five Years!
I first visited Rum Jungle five years ago and gave them 5 stars. I'm happy to report that after over five years, they are still as awesome as ever. The food is delicious and fresh, the drinks and treats are delectable, and the vibes are fantastic. The service is superb and amazing – they are incredibly attentive and pay close attention to what taste or meal you're trying to accomplish. I ordered my favorite item, the Power Wrap, and asked for no turkey. The gentleman behind the counter knew exactly what I wanted and offered a solution, which truly impressed and appreciated me. It's also a great spot to chill and work, though not ideal for taking calls due to the good music and potentially loud patrons. It's definitely worth visiting in the PB area!
