Disappointing Food at Chucks
My experience at Chucks was quite disappointing, especially considering how eager I was to try the place. The burger was perhaps the worst I've had in a while; it was thin, salty, and had dismal toppings. To make matters worse, the entire burger fell apart partway through eating it. The fries were served cold. While I'd consider returning for the beer and book store, I definitely wouldn't come back for the food, especially at those prices. It was a mess.

Chill Vibe, Disappointing Food
My experience at this restaurant was a mixed bag. The place itself is really chill, with a great atmosphere that earned a 5-star rating. However, the food was less than impressive. I ordered the katsu tofu sandwich and fries, and it felt like food that had been sitting out for a while, reminiscent of gas station fare. I wasn't impressed and felt the food needed a makeover. The food score was a 2.

Disappointing Fried Food and Lost Variety
My experience at this restaurant was disappointing, primarily due to the fried items. I was unaware that everything fried, including the fries, tots, and tofu katsu sandwiches, is cooked in the same chicken-y oil. This was an unpleasant surprise, and we found the fried items to be excessively oily. Additionally, the tofu itself was too soft to hold up well to this preparation method. I also wish they still offered many of the previous, more diverse food options. On a positive note, the atmosphere was rated a 4, and the service a 3, indicating a decent environment and acceptable service, though the food quality was a significant letdown.
