Terrible Service, Awful Milkshake Experience
My experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. I had to wait 25 minutes for a drink, and despite being repeatedly told "one minute, " the service was terrible 😔. It wasn't even busy 😕. To make matters worse, when we inquired about the milkshakes, the staff's response was appalling. Instead of rectifying the issue, a gentleman suggested they would simply put chocolate syrup on top of whatever the original milkshake was meant to be 🤮.

Good food, but noisy and understaffed
My experience at the restaurant was mixed. The food was good, receiving a perfect score, and the service was also rated highly. However, the noise level was annoying due to the lack of a removed dining area from the mall. I also got a sense that the restaurant was understaffed, which might have impacted the overall experience.

Disappointing Tots, Decent Steak, Friendly Service
My experience at this restaurant was a mixed bag. I found the tater tots to be incredibly bland, prompting me to try and add salt. Unfortunately, the salt shaker was clogged with a colorful, sludgy growth, which was quite off-putting. However, the cheese steak itself was not bad, and the service was friendly.

Outstanding Service at Johnny Rockets
On Friday, October 3rd, I visited the Johnny Rockets located at Pacific Place in Seattle around 7: 30pm-8: 00 p. M. The restaurant was nearly full and operated by only five employees. Their work was truly EXCELLENT; I take my hat off to them. They served everyone quickly, ensured no one was missing anything, and the cooks prepared the food with care and perfect presentation. I want to especially congratulate Katy for attending to us, and the team (Cesar, Jeremías, Noe, and Jesús). Each of them showed dedication, commitment, pride in their work, and the ability to manage all areas efficiently, ensuring customers received high-quality service. Thank you, Katy, Cesar, Jeremías, Noe, and Jesús for serving my partner and me with such kindness. The five of you are truly OUTSTANDING. I was on vacation in Seattle, currently live in Florida, and I firmly believe good work deserves recognition. None of them asked me to write this review, however, I witnessed their performance, and in my view, it is worthy of recognition.
