Great Hangout with Delicious Pretzels
My experience at this restaurant was initially a bit rocky as the staff seemed stressed and a bit mean when we first arrived. However, the service quickly improved, and overall, it's a great place to hang out and have a beer. The pretzels were absolutely delicious.

Amazing Food and Great Service!
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic. I initially thought it was just a place for beer, but their food is actually amazing. The manager, Keith, personally came over to speak with us and shared details about their new chef and their efforts to revitalize the establishment. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was great. I highly recommend this place!

Amazing Food and Service!
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! The staff have ALWAYS been super awesome. While they can get busy and require a little patience, it is ALWAYS worth it. The food is exceptional; they recently upgraded the menu and the Grenade burger is my new favorite. I'm not typically a burger person, but this is a UNIQUELY delicious burger. The playlist is also a highlight, perfect for a chill rainy afternoon, creating a 2000, 2010 vibe. The cocktails are PERFECT and REASONABLY PRICED for Seattle! 💵🦾 Later, after complimenting them on the "Grenade" burger, they invited us to try a new menu item they were considering. We said yes, and it was incredible: homemade apple pockets with homemade vanilla cheesecake cream and ginger cheesecake cream with salted caramel on the side! They have truly ruined this place for me in the best way possible! 🤣 I'm going to demand these every time, which will surely RUIN my waistline! 🤣🤣🤣🎉🙏❤️❤️❤️

Mixed German Fare with Outstanding Service
We hadn't been to this restaurant in a while and found the menu offered a good variety. I was hoping for a braut and a beer, and the beer selection was very good, with a lighter dark lager available. However, the braut itself was disappointing as it was smothered in too much ketchup and mustard; I'd recommend getting condiments on the side. Similarly, the beet salad had way too much dressing, so that should also be served separately. The onion dish, slaw, and sauerkraut were pretty good. I also found the bun to be too crunchy and hard to eat, preferring it not toasted. Our server, Delaney, was outstanding – friendly, personable, and attentive. While there aren't many German dining options north of the city, I won't be returning soon. The lack of a happy hour is not an incentive, and parking is a pain. Prices were on the high side. We visited around 4 pm on a weekday, so the atmosphere was very quiet with few people. Allowing dogs inside is a definite plus.
