Value (2.7 out of 10)

mentioned by 13% of the guests

When it comes to value, its a bit of a mixed bag, but mostly leaning towards the ouch side. While customer satisfaction for value sits at a respectable 8.3, indicating some folks are happy, the overall score for value is a rather poor 2.7. It seems the rare combo deal or getting free wings can make someones day, as seen in the 1 positive comment out of 12 total remarks.

However, the general sentiment, based on 11 negative comments, points to significant concerns. Many feel that prices are expensive and pricy, with some even feeling overcharged. The biggest sticking point seems to be the charge for dips, which many believe should be included, especially with a 6 piece boneless wing combo that already feels steep.

Carryout Order Mix-up and Poor Service
My experience was frustrating. I ordered carryout and upon arriving home, discovered that some of the ordered items were missing. This required me to drive back to the restaurant to pick them up. The staff member who provided the missing item did not offer an apology.

Dry Wings, Lack of Sauce
My experience at this restaurant has been consistently disappointing when it comes to their wings. Every time I've ordered them, they've been low-key dry and lacked sufficient seasoning. I specifically requested extra sauce and extra seasoning, emphasizing "extra extra, " but the wings still arrived dry and practically sauceless. It's frustrating when you clearly communicate your desire for more sauce and seasoning multiple times, only to receive the opposite. I really wanted to get lost in the sauce 😭😭😭.

Horrible Location, Rude Manager, Okay Food
My experience at this restaurant was mixed. The food was okay, making it a viable option if you're busy or looking for a late-evening meal when you don't want to cook. However, the location is horrible, with a lot of homeless people around and groups of men drinking beer in the parking lot. Adding to the negative experience, the female manager was extremely rude, underdeveloped, and unpleasant.

Great Service on a Busy Day
My experience at the restaurant was great, especially considering how busy it was on . 01 chicken combo day. The customer service was excellent; the staff were working hard and fast in an organized fashion. Despite the constant stream of people, they managed the situation wonderfully. The people kept coming and they did great.
