Service (3 out of 10)

mentioned by 62% of the guests

When it comes to service, there are a few bright spots, especially if you're looking for convenience. Customers appreciate the focus on pick-up and delivery, noting that takeaway orders are often ready on time and that delivery can be fast. Some even find the great food worth the wait, and like the idea of ordering ahead.

Many of the 30 negative comments out of 41 total experiences highlight painfully slow service, a complete lack of communication, and frustrating waiting times. Tiny Chicken Spot with Awful Taste
I visited a very tiny chicken spot located right next to QFC. It's a busy place, and I arrived at 1 am. Be prepared for a wait of about 30 minutes for your order. While the chicken looked good, the taste was AWFUL. After just one bite, it tasted like fish in a bad way. Unfortunately, all the pieces had a fishy flavor, suggesting I might have received a bad batch of chicken.

Empty Restaurant, Unclear Experience
My experience at the restaurant was quite unusual. Upon entering, the door was open, but there was literally nobody there. Not a single soul was present – no one ordering and no one working. The only sound was the faint hum of a dishwasher running.

Wonderful Butter Garlic Chicken!
My experience at the restaurant was fantastic, especially with the half chicken with butter garlic flavor. The chicken was very good, and the taste was wonderful for me. I loved the strong smell of butter with crispy garlic. It's the best fried chicken spot! 🥰
