Amazing Service and Delicious Cheese Dip!
My experience at this restaurant was truly wonderful. The dark but inviting bar created a welcoming atmosphere. What truly stood out, however, was the people. We were blown away by the hospitality and service. The wait staff was incredibly attentive, even escorting a man with a walker to and from the restroom. The cook personally came out to recommend the homemade tortillas with our cheese dip. This place offers the best local bar feeling and welcoming, making you forget any 'Seattle freeze. ' The cheese dip was absolutely AMAZING, perfect for an instagram worthy cheese pull.

Corvus: A Decade of Evolution and Excellence
Corvus has been our north star since 2016, serving as our preferred starting and ending point for nights out. It's a true crown jewel of the neighborhood, a place that truly doesn't make 'em like they used to. I even jokingly (but honestly) call it 'the only bar in Seattle. ' The venue offers a remarkable variety of atmospheres under one roof, from a lively open bar and cozy booths perfect for dates, to a personal favorite – the patio. It's uniquely situated in the heart of Broadway, yet feels tucked away from the chaos of Pike/Pine, offering an experience that is both open and embraced; it's pure magic. We love this spot so much that we even hosted our engagement party here. Vi and his team were extraordinary – kind, professional, and managed to orchestrate a joyful celebration with great food and thoughtful accommodation of dietary restrictions, making the night unforgettable. On a recent visit, we noticed a menu change, and while our beloved dumplings were gone, what replaced them was an elevation. Corvus has boldly entered a new chapter, offering vibrant, tangy, and deeply delicious Mexican fare. This cuisine feels like an elegant, modern take on traditional cooking, with sauces that sing, flavors that truly hit, and dishes that pair perfectly with a cold drink, like our go-to dirty martini. The bartenders consistently deliver. Many establishments lose their soul during chef changes or significant pivots, but Corvus never does. After nearly a decade of observing their evolution, they remain true to themselves and consistently prioritize their customers. They take risks, refresh when necessary, and crucially, keep the heart of the place intact. We couldn't recommend it more. This bar has been an integral part of our lives for almost ten years, and it continues to get better. 🖤

Great Vibe, Awful Drinks
My experience at this restaurant was a mixed bag. The service and vibe were solid, creating a pleasant atmosphere. However, the drinks were a major letdown. Despite looking appealing on paper, they were horribly syrupy and sweet, lacking any balance. It felt like the ingredients were chosen by someone knowledgeable about cocktails, but the proportions were handled by someone who wasn't. If you're seeking a good drink, I'd recommend crossing the street to Herb & Bitter.

Good Food, Loud Atmosphere
My experience at the restaurant was mixed. The food was good, although the portion sizes were small. The ambience was pleasant, but the noise level was so loud that it made having a good conversation difficult. We initially sat inside but moved to the patio hoping for less noise, but it didn't seem to help as the patio was also noisy.
