I was highly disappointed with my experience. The food was overall dry, and there was little engagement with the staff. I did not feel like it was worth the price nor my time on a Saturday night, which was a bummer.

Undercooked Food and No Management Response
My experience at Epic Steak was extremely disappointing and completely ruined what was supposed to be a special birthday trip. We ordered the pork chop, and upon noticing it looked undercooked, we immediately asked our server if it was safe to eat. We were assured it was fine, but later that night, both my companion and I became sick.
While accidents can happen, the complete lack of response from management is truly unacceptable. I have been emailing and calling for four days straight with no reply. Their automated system loops endlessly, making it impossible to speak to a real person.
For a restaurant charging premium prices, I expected at least a basic level of professionalism and concern for guest wellbeing. Between the undercooked food, getting sick, and being completely ignored afterward, I cannot recommend this place. Epic Steak failed in both quality and customer service.
