Amazing Desi Food Experience!
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! I was incredibly impressed with the amazing food, especially since I didn't think I'd find better desi food than at Zareens. I tried the TSM, Naan, and some Biryani, and everything was great. The food score was a perfect 5, and the service was also excellent with a score of 5. The atmosphere was enjoyable with a score of 4. We had no wait time, and the group size was 5-8 people. Reservations were not required.

Hair in food, wrong order, poor service
My experience at this restaurant was quite disappointing. On October 17, 2025, I ordered the lamb biriyani and found a hair in my food. This completely ruined my appetite. I complained, and the owner apologized, offering to remake the dish. As a regular customer, I appreciated the gesture and accepted a replacement order to go. However, upon opening the replacement order, it turned out to be incorrect. It looked like lamb biriyani but contained bones. When I called the next morning, the staff confirmed it was actually goat biriyani. I wanted to speak with the owner again, but during a weekday call, a representative named Arman claimed they didn't have goat that day and insisted it was lamb. This was confusing, especially since I didn't even know they served goat biriyani, and my only feedback was about the bones, which lamb biriyani typically doesn't have. This entire situation left a bitter taste, and I've decided to switch my loyalty.

Disappointing Delivery Experience
My experience was with a Doordashed goat biryani. The food was packed in a cheap plastic box. By the time it was delivered, the bottom of the box literally melted into the food. I had to toss it away. I'm a long-time patron of Pakwan, but today they disappointed me.
