Mexican Food Faith Restored!
Having lived in the Bay Area since 2018, primarily in the North Bay, I've often been critical of the Mexican food scene, finding it mediocre. However, this restaurant has truly restored my faith in good Mexican food in San Francisco. While I'm usually a Torta enthusiast, a hangover led me to order a shrimp cocktail and two carne asada tacos.
The tacos arrived incredibly quickly with a cute presentation, but beyond their charm, they were delicious with tons of flavor. The salsa served with the chips was also on point. My shrimp cocktail was fresh and delicious, effectively bringing me back to life.
A cold Coke in a glass bottle washed it all down, and I even felt a little pep in my step. My only minor complaint is that the pool table can be a bit loud if you're dining in, especially when hungover. But overall, it was a great experience!

Surprisingly Amazing Green Pozole!
I almost didn't want to share this place because I don't want it to get too busy, but I'd be remiss not to. They have a green pozole with chicken that is absolute fire. It usually takes about 10 minutes to make, and my lord, is it flavorful.
It has now become my wife and I's go-to spot. I'm typically a ride-or-die red pozole person, but I'm happy to be proven wrong by their green pozole. Go try it.
