How are the prices at Mi Yucatan?

You’re looking at roughly 26 per person – reported by 21 diners. That puts it in the $21–$30 category. For a Mexican Restaurant, it’s comfortably mid-range: not a steal, but not bank-breaking either.

Looking at what people actually spend, most diners are finding their sweet spot between 11 – 30 $, with a good cluster right in that mid-range. There are a few who go for a cheaper bite and a few who splurge, but the vibe is definitely mid-tier.

For a Mexican restaurant in San Francisco, we think this pricing feels pretty fair. Its not aiming for the budget crowd, but its also not trying to break the bank. It seems to offer a good balance for a quality meal.

Incredible Food, Terrible Service
My experience at this restaurant was a mix of visual delight and frustrating service. I was intentionally made to wait longer than the stated time for my breakfast. Despite being given a specific time, when I inquired after it had passed, they only then began preparing my order. While the food looks incredible, the service is terrible.

Terrible Experience, Undercooked Food
I checked Google Maps, and it indicated the place closed at 8 PM. I called at 6: 50 PM to place a takeout order, and was told it would be 15 minutes. Upon arrival at 7: 05 PM, I discovered the door stated they closed at 7 PM. I knocked, and a staff member in an apron looked at me and went back to the kitchen. After knocking again, two individuals I initially thought were patrons began laughing and eventually returned to the kitchen after finishing their meals. A third knock prompted the staff member to wave me away. On my final attempt, he came to the door yelling. I explained I had placed a phone order. It was 7: 30 PM by this point. He eventually let me in and I paid for the food. I noticed I was charged $21. 99, which was higher than the menu price of $18. 99. The food itself was disappointing: undercooked potatoes, two pieces of chicken with only a wing tip, and disintegrating tortillas. This was a truly disappointing experience, and I will never return.

Delicious breakfast with generous portions!
My experience at this restaurant was for breakfast, and it was truly delicious. The portions were very generous, and the flavors were outstanding. I highly recommend the POC Chuc Y Cochinita. The service was excellent, receiving a perfect 5/5, and the atmosphere was also rated highly at 4/5. However, it's important to note that this restaurant would not be recommended for vegetarians.
