Good Poke, Terrible Service
My experience at this restaurant was a mixed bag. While the poke was very good, the service was not well thought out. It seemed like there was only one person doing all the work, a confused individual serving a crowd. I questioned where the management was. If they can't hire adequate staff, they shouldn't be in business.

Disappointing Portion Size and Service
I’m very disappointed by the order I received today. Usually, I buy a large option and the cover hardly closes because of the amount of ingredients. Today, it looks empty and is mostly rice, not the other nice stuff. I’m giving 1 star to the guy behind the counter. He seemed tired, lazy, or whatever mood he was in towards me and my meal.

Solid Poke Spot in the Mall
My experience at this restaurant was surprisingly positive, offering a solid poke vibe that rivals some of my favorite spots in San Francisco. The ordering process was straightforward, with papers and pencils provided for us to submit our orders. The only drawback was the atmosphere, which was limited by its location in a mall food court.
