Disgusting cleanliness and service
My experience at this restaurant was extremely negative. The store was very dirty. I witnessed the packing girl putting her fingers in her mouth and touching her hair, which was unhygienic. Due to these concerns about cleanliness and service, I requested a refund before my food was ready and left.

Consistent BBQ Experience
I'm in town from 90 miles away and I enjoy OnO BBQ at home in Stockton. This franchise location offers the same taste and same good customer service as the one I frequent at home. The food was rated 5, service was rated 5, and the atmosphere was rated 5.

Inconsistent Food and Service
I used to love this place a few years ago, but my recent experiences have been a bit disappointing. I've been ordering online to skip the line, and unfortunately, the last few times haven't been great. The first time, I had to wait ten minutes past my pickup time, and this time, my food arrived cold. Previously, the food was very saucy, with a puddle under the salad and more sauce than rice on my island chicken. This time, it was barely dressed with twice the amount of rice. My chicken katsu was alright, a little dark, which I can overlook, but I cannot get past a piece that was oozing fat and breading. The inconsistency makes it too unreliable to return. While the portion sizes are generally great and I appreciate the balance of protein, carbs, and vegetables, you never know if your order will be ready on time, if it will be hot or cold, or if the quality will be worth the $17 price tag. Regarding customer service, the staff seem a bit socially awkward. On both visits, they either turned away, started fiddling with things, or ignored me. When they finally acknowledged me, they were friendly but in a strange, hesitant way, reminiscent of someone unsure how to approach. Overall, the food is decent but inconsistent, and I won't be returning to this location.

Tasty Food, Bit Pricey
My experience at the restaurant was largely positive, especially concerning the food. I found the food to be tasty, and I particularly loved the macaroni salad. The teriyaki chicken was also noted as being very tender. However, I did find the prices to be a bit high, stating that it's 'over priced', though acknowledging that this is common these days. The service and atmosphere were rated as average with a score of 3 out of 5.

Rude Service and Lukewarm Food
My wife and I visited this restaurant for dine-in and ordered the island fire chicken and #6 kalbi short ribs. We waited about 30 minutes, and the food was ready at 4: 58 pm. Unfortunately, the food was just a little under warm. Inside the restaurant, it was hotter than the food, which was sad but true. Additionally, the lady behind the counter was abundantly rude. We will not return to that location.
