Improved Broth and Great Service
My experience at Red Jade was positive. I had a soup last night, and the broth was really good. I appreciated that they allowed substitutions.
Previously, I found the broth to be too salty and maybe fatty, so this was a definite improvement. The man on the phone was nice and accommodating, and the delivery driver was also nice. Thank you, Red Jade.

Underwhelming Chinese with a Single Saving Grace
I've finally decided to let go of this restaurant. While the crab rangoon used to be a draw, the reality is that everything else has been underwhelming. The chicken dishes, whether General Tso's or orange chicken, are consistently rubbery.
The chow mein is flavorless and limp, essentially just a plate of oily noodles. The fried rice also lacks any real taste. Nothing about the food feels fresh, and I've learned this lesson repeatedly.

My experience at the restaurant was fantastic! All the food was soooo good. I would especially recommend trying the fried rice with General Tso's chicken.
