Fantastic Plantains and Good Rice
San Francisco offers too many sandwich shops, so this was a nice stumble. The plantains were fantastic. And I’m a big sucker for rice. Good rice. Will come back next time I visit.

Good Food, Inconsistent Chips
I've been coming here for about 8 years and eat here at least a couple times a month. The food is always good. However, the chips are a gamble every time, and it’s always been like that. Sometimes they forget to salt them, while other times they are a completely different tasting chip. Recently, the chips have been stale, and I don’t know how they could get more inconsistent. I’d rather buy my own chips just to be safe.

Different but good taqueria experience
My experience at this restaurant was interesting. It's a killer spot, but it doesn't quite hit the same as the taquerias I'm used to. However, the upside is that you don't feel like crap afterward. The atmosphere and service were both rated a 5, and the food received a 4. Vegetarian options are highly recommended and a vegetarian menu is available. Parking can be somewhat difficult to find.

Outstanding Taqueria with Amazing Pozole
My experience at this wonderful little taqueria was definitely worth the walk, even from the Mission! The outstanding pozole was a standout, but honestly, everything is good. The food received a perfect score of 5, and the atmosphere was equally impressive with a score of 5. Service was also excellent, rated at 4. This lunch visit, with a price range of $20–30 per person, was a fantastic culinary exploration.
