Delicious Classic Chinese Food!
I really enjoyed the Ganjjajang! ❣️ The sauce wasn't greasy, the vegetables retained their texture, and the sweetness of the vegetables harmonized perfectly with the saltiness of the chunjang, making it very clean and satisfying. The noodles were not thick, slightly thinner than regular jajangmyeon noodles, and had a great slurpable texture. I felt very comfortable after eating it, which was great! 👍 The Tangsuyuk was also not greasy, clean, and crispy. It was delicious even when dipped in the sauce, and even better when placed in the sauce and dipped lightly in soy sauce – I couldn't stop eating it! It's amazing to find classic Korean-style Chinese food like this in San Francisco, which is hard to find even in Korea these days! 😆

Terrible Jajjangmyen, Never Again
I visited this restaurant about 15 years ago because there weren't many other Korean Chinese restaurants in Japantown. I decided to give it another shot and ordered the jajjangmyen. It was the worst noodle dish I've ever experienced, and to top it off, it cost $24. I will never go back.

Gem of a Korean Spot!
This was the BEST PLACE EVER! It's been a while since I had Korean food, but this spot was a gem. The staff was wonderful, and the food was amazing. We tried #3, which was spicy but so yummy, and #8, a seafood soup that was incredible with hints of sweetness and deep, fresh seafood with noodles – the best soup ever! The japchae was also a savory, delicious dish that brought back memories of my mother's chop suey. The food here had a motherly touch. Thank you so much! We will visit again when we travel to San Francisco again.
