Great Dim Sum, Amazing Value!
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! I had very good dim sum that was also super cheap. The line was shorter than at other dim sum places around, which was a pleasant surprise. The food, service, and atmosphere all received a perfect score of 5.

Great Food, Affordable, Service Varies
My experience at this restaurant was overwhelmingly positive, especially regarding the food, which I rated a perfect 5. It was so good and very affordable. The price per person is also a major plus, ranging from $1–10. However, the service can be a bit inconsistent, described as a hit or miss. This variability, though, is presented as a sign of authenticity. The atmosphere received a rating of 3, and the noise level was quiet, making it easy to talk.

The restaurant is a bit close quarters with not much room, but that didn't detract from the experience. The service was friendly and the Dim Sum style cuisine was delicious. Overall, a great dining experience.

Authentic Chinatown Experience in SF
My experience at this restaurant was that of a no frills counter style establishment, which is typical for SFO Chinatown. The food offers an old style of making traditional Chinese fare. While the prices might turn some people off, it's important to remember this is San Francisco. One must manage one's expectations and dine here within the proper context of immigrants catering to tourism.

Good Food, Confusing Service
My first impression upon entering was a question of whether I was in the right place, as the interior space is quite limited. The menu also felt a bit overwhelming. When I inquired about the price of an item, the older lady stated it was $8 for two items with rice. I clarified that I only wanted a small order of rice and vegetables. She scooped it onto a plate and charged $8. I'm unsure if I was overcharged for my portion, but as I was hungry and it was lunchtime, I paid. While the communication on ordering could be improved, thankfully the food was good.
