Overview: Introducting Yo-Kai Express

Yo-Kai Express offers a truly novel dining experience, with many patrons appreciating the convenience and the unique appeal of the cute machine itself. While some have found the ramen surprisingly satisfying, particularly specific varieties, the overall food quality can be a point of contention for others.

Terrible Ramen Experience
My experience was TERRIBLE. The ramen was served cold. When I requested a refund, the customer service representative refused, stating that a picture couldn't prove the ramen was cold. I also asked if someone could check the machine, but she said there were no other complaints, so they wouldn't. I would advise going literally anywhere else in the Metreon.

Cold Food, Worse Customer Service
My experience at this restaurant was disappointing. The ramen arrived cold and was frankly gross. When we contacted customer service for a refund, they were dismissive and didn't believe our complaint. While the concept might be good, it turned out to be a gamble, and the customer service experience was even worse than the food quality.

Appalling Experience, Avoid This Place
My experience at this restaurant was appalling. The establishment seems to be a tool designed to separate people from their money. The food was served cold and uncooked, which is unacceptable. Furthermore, the customer service was dishonest and showed no intention of helping. I strongly advise against wasting your time and money here.

Cold food and unhelpful service
My experience at the restaurant was disappointing. The food arrived cold. When I called for a refund, the representative was unhelpful and didn't believe me. She insisted on a photo of the ramen "when it was cold, " even though I explained it was cold from the start. The service was poor, and the food quality was unacceptable.
