Poor customer service experience
I was picking up an order via DoorDash and was running late due to work. The restaurant closed at 9 PM, and I arrived around 8: 20 PM. One of the staff members asked me, "Why are you so late? " I found this comment to be rude, especially since they were still open. I was picking up for myself, not as a DoorDasher. The customer service was not good at all. 👎

Disappointing Korean Meal, Lacking Value
I came here craving some comforting Korean food but unfortunately left a bit disappointed. The galbi came out burnt, which really took away from its flavor and tenderness. The soup looked hearty but ended up being less flavorful than expected, offering more heat than depth. Considering the meal was on the pricier side, it didn’t quite feel worth the value. The banchan selection was decent, but overall, I wouldn’t rush back.

Scam! Pre-made food served fast.
My experience at this restaurant was disappointing. I ordered two bbq meats, but they arrived within 5 minutes and were clearly pan-fried and pre-made, not charcoal grilled. The tofu soup also came out in 2 minutes and tasted like ramen base. This place felt like a scam.

Poor Food and Service, Avoid This Place
My experience at this restaurant was very poor. The food quality and service were disappointing. Despite staff being nearby, no one greeted me for about five minutes. They also have a policy of not providing charcoal unless you order more than needed, claiming the BBQ meat would be cooked in the kitchen. However, the two BBQ meat dishes we received took only three minutes to serve and tasted like they were microwaved, completely lacking any charcoal flavor. To add to the issues, they charged around 120 for just three small dishes. I strongly advise avoiding this place!

Excellent Food and Service!
My experience at this restaurant was EXCELLENT! I couldn't get into Brothers up the street, so I decided to check this place out. They have glowing charcoal table grills. I only had the marinaded short rib and shrimp and tofu soup, but everything was SOLID. The service was on point, and the banchan was excellent. I will definitely be back for sure. Thank you!
