I just had the best classic banh mi (thịt nguội) here, and it was truly the best I’ve had in Seattle. The lunch meats tasted exactly like they do in Vietnam, and the bread was perfectly soft and crispy, with crumbs everywhere – just how it should be! Plus, they offer extra pate and bơ for free.
