Poor service, good food
I normally order through Uber Eats. They have a promo on musubi which I asked if they would honor in store. The girl at the front stated, "Wrong company, we don’t have that. " I ordered what I needed, but then proceeded to look it up through Uber Eats. I told her, "You do have that offer. " She then looked it up and said, "Oh, I didn’t know. It’s only for Uber. " I replied with, "Maybe you should look up deals before responding to a customer’s questions incorrectly. " There was no apology, just a blank stare. I won’t go here again nor order through apps. I would rather go to a store where the employees take accountability.

Roach sighting, cancelled order
My experience at this restaurant was extremely unpleasant. On October 1st, I saw a roach. The cashier then killed it with a napkin and did not use any disinfectant. Due to this unsanitary condition, I cancelled my order and left the establishment.

Great Food, Steep Prices
My experience at this restaurant was largely positive, with great food and very helpful staff. The atmosphere was rated a 4, and the noise level was quiet, making it easy to talk. The food itself also received a 4. However, my only complaint is the price, which felt a little steep compared to other Hawaiian BBQ locations in the area.
