Rude Staff, Unforgettable Bad Experience
I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. They refused to serve us because of our attire, even though there was hardly anyone there and we were dressed acceptably. The staff was very rude, leaving us to wonder if their rudeness was due to our clothing, our ethnicity, or both. I will never forget this experience and will never return.

Great Fondue, Poor Service Experience
I absolutely love the classic alpine fondue and meat, as well as the dark chocolate chambord fondue. My rating, however, reflects my recent experiences with how little the restaurant did to accommodate us during reservations or walk-ins. On one occasion, we faced indefinite waiting times. Another time, despite the restaurant appearing quite empty earlier in the evening, we weren't even offered the option to sit at the bar. I do love fondue, and I might try the Bellevue location sometime.

Amazing Service Made Our Celebration Dinner 10/10!
We’ve been to the Melting Pot before and it was pretty good. What made this experience AMAZING and 5-Star worthy was the service. Our server, Kaleigh, was absolutely great - attentive, quick, conversational but gave space, and very sweet. I barely mentioned that I had a slight gluten intolerance in the beginning and was just planning on eating the vegetables and fruit in the cheese fondue. However, Kaleigh came with gluten free bread for the cheese fondue WITHOUT me requesting it! I was amazed by the way she picked up on this small detail and it really just made our night so worth coming out for. Thank you, Kaleigh, for great service tonight and making our celebration dinner 10/10 😊
