Captivating Ambiance, Decent Food & Service
My experience at this San Francisco spot was a mix of delightful ambiance and average food. The ambiance was truly captivating, and the place was adorned with impressive decorations, creating a wonderful atmosphere. The drinks were excellent. I ordered the meatballs, which were just okay. The service was decent; we finished our drinks and it took about 15 minutes for the server to inquire if we wanted to order anything else.

Excellent Food, Slow Service
My experience at the restaurant was a mixed bag. The food and drinks were excellent, truly a highlight of the meal. However, the service was slow, which seemed to be a consequence of how busy the establishment was. Despite the wait, the quality of the food made up for some of the service shortcomings.

Good Food, Fair Prices, No Holiday Surprises
This is not a fancy place, but the food is good and the prices are good. I especially appreciated that their menu and prices do not change during holidays like Christmas and New Year's Eve, which is a big plus.

Ambiance Shines, Food and Service Fall Short
As others have shared, the ambiance is by far the best part of this restaurant, especially the outside seats 😍. The food was good, not great; I enjoyed everything we ordered, but nothing was remarkable. The service was attentive and fast, yet our server seemed unfamiliar with the menu, dissembling at every question. For $70 a person, I expect servers to be able to answer any questions about the menu, provide guidance, and help with decisions, which we did not experience.
