Value (3.9 out of 10)

mentioned by 21% of the guests

Looking at the bright side, theres one positive note regarding value: customers appreciate that The Brim has a great rewards system. This is a nice perk, but its important to note that the overall score for value sits at a poor 3.9, with customer satisfaction also quite low at 14.3%. On the flip side, many feel the pricing is a significant hurdle.

Guests found the experience a little expensive for what it is, with the coffee specifically noted as kinda pricey. The parking situation also caused frustration, with some spending a lot and feeling the advertising was deceptive about its availability. These concerns are highlighted across 5 negative opinions out of 7 total.

You’re looking at roughly 14 per person – reported by 32 diners. That puts it in the $11–$20 category. For a Cafe, it’s comfortably mid-range: not a steal, but not bank-breaking either.

Disappointing Closure Time Experience
I drove an hour to visit this restaurant with my 3-year-old, hoping for a pleasant experience and some hot cocoa. We arrived at 3: 03 PM, only to be told they had closed at 3: 00 PM. This was particularly disheartening as I was standing there with my small child who had been looking forward to her treat after the long car ride. To make matters worse, they were still taking orders from people ahead of us. It was a very bad experience, unfortunately.

My experience at this café was wonderful! The coffee was delicious, and the service was great. I was also incredibly impressed by the view. Beyond the café, the hotel lobby offers a place to sit and enjoy this view. The café itself offers more than just coffee; you can also find T-shirts, souvenirs, and various small goods. Altogether, it’s a wonderful spot to relax, enjoy a coffee, and soak in the cozy atmosphere.

Breathtaking Views, Mediocre Matcha
My experience involved ordering a hot matcha latte, but unfortunately, the matcha quality wasn't very good. It was prepared extremely hot and actually burnt my mouth. However, the location inside the coffee shop is breathtaking with its views, definitely worth a visit during the fall!

Pricey Coffee, Worth the View
My experience was with the coffee, which was kinda pricey at $7-8, but the view is worth it. I appreciated that I could stay in the lobby longer than the coffee shop’s hours. A special shoutout to the barista who gave me a sparkling peach sample!

Excellent Service and Delicious Matcha!
My first visit was a great experience, largely thanks to Jin, who provided excellent customer service. He was not only super friendly but also very knowledgeable about the menu, recommending a lovely matcha drink that was delicious! Jin also gave me a tour of the gift shop and helped me choose some nice gifts. I would surely return! :)
