Disappointing Change in Food Portions
I used to love this place. Since the takeover by new management, the food quantity has significantly reduced. The dosas are smaller, and the portion sizes and breads are also smaller. I've stopped coming here after being a regular since they opened.

Disappointing Buffet Experience at Taj Palace
Based on reviews, I was expecting a great variety at Taj Palace, but I found that most Indian restaurants offer a similar menu. We ventured for the buffet, and it was nothing extraordinary, featuring the same menu as other establishments. The masala chai was horrible and priced at $4 a cup, though it was eventually removed from the bill. I also noticed the service staff seemed a bit frustrated when they got busy, which was another drawback. Customer service doesn't seem to be a priority for them. My review likely won't make a difference, as they seem to have a steady stream of customers, suggesting that ethics aren't a significant factor in their culture.

Tender Lamb Curry & Creamy Kofta
My experience at the restaurant was fantastic! I had the lamb curry, which was incredibly tender and flavorful. The Malai kofta was also a highlight, with a wonderfully creamy texture and delicious vegetarian balls. The service was friendly and attentive. I will definitely be returning.
