Surprisingly Good Fried Chicken!
I initially expected the fried chicken to be greasy and the slaw to be a creamy mess, as is often the case elsewhere. However, my experience was quite the opposite! The fried chicken was not overly greasy, and the slaw was wonderfully fresh, featuring delightful additions of celery and apple.
To top it off, they offer house-made pickles for free with your purchase. I have no complaints about my visit.

Disappointing Service at Irving Location
TLDR: Team needs customer service training, management needs a shape up, better bet is to head to the California St. location. Love Super Duper Burger, but having a hard time with this location. I’ve been to the Irving location many times, and the service has a lot to be desired.
