Value (2 out of 10)

mentioned by 7% of the guests

When it comes to value, theres unfortunately not much positive to report here. With a 2 score, its clear this aspect is struggling, and customer satisfaction sits at a very low 0%, indicating significant disappointment. Based on the single opinion we have, there are no glowing remarks about what you get for your money.

The main concern revolves around a gift card issue, where one customer felt they were given a gave me a $4 dollar gift card. YIKES! .

This suggests that the perceived value or compensation offered was far from satisfactory, leaving a strong impression of poor value.

Friendly staff and comfortable for meetings
My experience at this restaurant was marked by the friendly staff and a comfortable place to meet. We occasionally host business meetings here for the Snohomish Roofing Company sales and administrative team and sometimes meet with clients to discuss roofing options. The atmosphere is both convenient and welcoming.

Disappointing Coffee and Slow Service
For the sake of all the parents fighting for something good to happen in the hospital, please learn how to not only pull a shot without burning it, but also how to steam milk without burning it or creating foam that's just bubbles. Additionally, please don't fill our $8. 00 latte cup halfway with foam – that's called a cappuccino. Speed it up; it shouldn't take 15 minutes to make two drinks. This is a hospital, people are in a hurry and don't have time to sit and listen to you gossip about your coworkers. Running a coffee shop is not that hard, people.
