Being so forreal - this is the best Starbucks I have ever been in! I love doing remote work here! The staff and management seem like they actually like working here.
Somehow, this Starbucks feels like a local coffee shop. They always say my name when I come in, and they always offer me the "for here" option - which I really appreciate because I often forget to ask for the "for here" cup! My drinks are always perfect, and the food is always consistent.

Disappointing Starbucks Experience
My experience at this Starbucks has been disappointing. The professionalism among some of the staff is lacking. Both male and female employees tend to stare at customers in a way that feels uncomfortable.
They also frequently engage in loud conversations and laughter among themselves, which disrupts the atmosphere. Additionally, the service is noticeably slow. Even with six or seven customers waiting for their drinks, the staff seems disengaged and inefficient.
It’s frustrating to wait so long without any sense of urgency or acknowledgment. I hope management will address these issues to improve both the customer experience and workplace standards.
