Rude Service Ruined the Experience
My experience at this restaurant was unfortunately dominated by terrible service. I ordered a drink and a water. The staff member made my drink and called out my name.
When I politely asked if the water was coming as well, as sometimes they forget, he rudely replied, “yeah I’ll make it, I make it in order, crazy right? ” This response was unacceptable, and I'm an understanding person. He was also rude to other customers.
He has a long ponytail. I will never be coming back here again.

Terrible Service, Ruined Christmas Spirit
My experience at this restaurant was extremely negative. I have never been treated so poorly in 35 years. The guy working the counter today was incredibly rude, completely ruining the Christmas spirit.
I won't be back. They need to learn how to treat people. This happened at 8: 40 am and the employee had long hair and seemed miserable.
