Disappointing Food and Rude Staff
My experience at this restaurant was incredibly disappointing. The food was overpriced and tasteless — not worth the money at all. But the worst part? The staff were unbelievably rude and dismissive. It’s rare to feel this unwelcome at a restaurant. Do yourself a favor and stay away — there are plenty of places in the city with better food and basic respect for their customers.

Vegetarian Sandwich Lacked Moisture
My experience at the restaurant involved trying the Cado, a vegetarian sandwich featuring fried cauliflower. While the service was fast and the place was clean and maintained, I found the sandwich itself to be a bit dry and felt it could have used a bit more dressing. The atmosphere was rated a 5, and the service also received a 5, indicating a positive experience in those areas. However, the food received a score of 3, reflecting my mixed feelings about the dish.

Cool Spot, Okay Sandwich
My experience at this restaurant was positive overall. The atmosphere was cool and the location was favorable. I found the staff to be friendly and fast, contributing to a good service experience. For my meal, I ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich. While the bun, slaw, and sauce were great, the portion of chicken seemed small, possibly half a breast. This impacted the food quality for me.

Disappointing Decline in Salad Quality
This place used to have great salads -- fresh and yummy. However, it has gone way down hill over the past year or so. The portions are about 30% smaller, the veggies not as fresh and the lettuce is sometimes dirty. It's too bad, I used to love it.
