Hygiene Concerns - Avoid This Place
My experience at this restaurant was extremely negative due to severe hygiene issues. I strongly advise that no one should eat from them at all. Please review the hygiene immediately. The place is worse than garbage inside the restaurant.

Bizarre and Unacceptable Experience
I had the most bizarre experience at Punjab Grill. I ordered my food online, and it stated it would be ready in 15 minutes. Upon arriving 15-20 minutes later for pickup, I found no one present. The restaurant was open, with music playing and appliances on, but completely empty. After waiting for 5 minutes, I called. A man answered as if it were his personal phone, and after confirming it was Punjab Grill, he vaguely stated my order was being worked on, despite it never having been accepted or prepared. Judging from other reviews mentioning poor food quality and a general sense of scamminess, I will not be returning. It was an incredibly uncomfortable experience.

Terrible Experience, No Food or Service
My experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, we were not greeted at all. We proceeded to order our food using an iPad while the hostess sat idly in a corner. After placing our order, we were informed that it hadn't gone through, despite a charge appearing on my bank account. To make matters worse, we were then told the chef was out getting ingredients and that it would be an hour wait. They apparently had no ingredients to cook our meal, even though we had already been charged. We eventually received a refund (unofficially) and left. I would absolutely not recommend eating here.

Terrible Indian Food Experience
My experience at this restaurant was overwhelmingly negative, primarily due to the food quality. I ordered the paneer tikka masala as a vegetarian, but was shockingly served chicken. I only discovered this after dipping my horrible naan into it. The sauce itself was worse than canned tomato soup, and the naan was comparable to, if not worse than, frozen flatbread pizza. Even the rice, which is typically easy to get right, was not good. I hope this establishment appears on Kitchen Nightmares someday.
