Hands down, this is the best Bahn Mi in the Bay Area. If you haven't been here, go now. It's a hole in the wall in the Tenderloin, so be aware of what you're walking into, but it's worth it.
There is no seating and sometimes there's a line, but don't leave the line. The Saigon Sandwich ladies are sandwich-making machines, so the line moves fast. The sandwiches hover around $5.
50 and are still cash only. Get one for now and one for later. I recommend the tofu Bahn Mi, but you can't go wrong with any of them.
