Ramen Okay, Service Nice, But Not Our Go-To
We visited this restaurant because Nishiki Ramen was closed. The Ramen was just okay, and we found it too salty for our liking. The meat was so tender it essentially turned into a meat soup by the end. We ordered a shrimp tempura roll, but were initially only brought shrimp. We had to specifically request the roll, which was then made without any vegetables, unlike what we'd expect elsewhere. On a positive note, the staff was very nice. We'll be sticking with Nishiki Ramen a few blocks away.

Amazing Value and Delicious Ramen!
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! I was truly impressed by the value I received. For two people, ordering multiple items, the total was less than $40, which is a huge draw for me to return. The ramen was particularly amazing and sat wonderfully in my stomach. The service and atmosphere were also top-notch, both receiving a perfect 5/5 rating.

Burnt Dish and Unacceptable Service
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent dining experience. I ordered three identical dishes, but one arrived burnt. When I brought this to the staff's attention, they claimed this was the typical preparation, implying no responsibility. This explanation was disappointing and did not meet my expectations for service. As a regular customer who often dines with friends, I paid the full price for an inedible dish. While I am willing to pay, I believe the establishment should acknowledge and take responsibility for such issues. I hope this concern is addressed to prevent future occurrences.
