Terrific GM, Amazing Food, and Quick Service!
My experience at this restaurant was terrific! The GM was outstanding, ensuring we were seated promptly despite the usual lines, which the group confirmed was worth the wait. I was genuinely blown away by the food quality and the speed of service; they were attentive without being pushy. Although the rain limited outdoor seating, we were comfortably dry and safe inside. It was a pleasure to meet and chat with the GM, who travels from Arizona. He truly ensured we were very happy with our food, service, and the overall experience. It was a perfect dinner!

Average Ramen with Some Quirks
My experience at this restaurant was pretty average. We ordered the red spicy broth (light). Despite customizing it to be light in broth and oil, it was noticeably thick. The broth also had a sweet flavor I couldn’t completely identify. The noodles were a little odd too; they didn’t feel as smooth as traditional ramen. The fried chicken was fried well, but the chicken flavor itself was lacking. Overall, the food was a 3 out of 5, service was a 4, and the atmosphere was a 3.

Wonderful Ramen Flavors, Limited Options
My experience at this restaurant was centered around their ramen. While I appreciated the wonderful flavors and the good range of spicy levels, I was disappointed by the lack of a chicken ramen option. The choices were limited to pork and veggie only. Despite this, the food itself was rated a 4 out of 5, and the vegetarian options, though only one, were considered good. The wait time was short, up to 10 minutes, and the atmosphere and service were rated a 3 out of 5. The price per person was between $20–30.

Average Ramen, Not Worth the Hype
My experience at the restaurant was underwhelming, especially considering the hype. I visited on a weekend and had to wait 30 minutes. The main issues were with the food. The ratio of broth to toppings was off; there were too many toppings, making it difficult to get a spoonful of broth. I ordered the chef's recommendation, which came with thin noodles, which I found unusual for a tonkatsu broth that typically uses thick noodles. The uncut egg was also a surprise and inconvenient to eat with chopsticks and a spoon. Furthermore, the egg wasn't cooked properly, with a half-solid yolk. The chashu was chewy and dry. Overall, the meal was not worth the hype and didn't stand out from other ramen places I've visited.
